The fees for our summer jazz course at The Royal Welsh College of Music in Cardiff in 2018 are as follows...
Booking Fee = £75.00
Balance of Course Fees = £395.00
Accommodation Fee = £198.00
£10 discount for all applications received (with the booking fee) by 1st October 2017
No VAT is charged on any of the above fees.
Online payments will be available on this website from September.
Step 1. You should complete the application form and self assessment form and post them along with a cheque for your booking fee to: PO Box 787, Orpington, Kent, BR6 1ET. Alternatively, if you have access to a scanner, you can complete the forms, scan them and email them to us and (if you have a paypal account) pay the booking fee directly here on our website. Application forms will not be processed until the booking fee has been received. The booking fee is only refunded if we are unable to offer you a place on the course.
Step 2. Once we have received your application form and booking fee, we will contact you to let you know if we are able to offer you a place on the course, subject to availability. The balance of the course fees are then due and an invoice will be sent to you. You may use any of the following 3 methods to pay the balance of the course fees. Your place on the course will not be confirmed until we have received the balance of your fees.
Step 3. If you wish to book a room at the student accommodation please select this option on the application form and include the additional payment when you pay the balance of your course fees.
We have 3 methods for payment available...
1 BACs payment direct in to our account - This is available when making a balancing payment, which you will be invoiced for once your account is set up. BACs is not an option for paying the booking fee. When making a BACs payment please make sure that you put the invoice number as the payment reference. All bank details, including account numbers, needed for BACs payments will be supplied on the invoice. We can also accept international payments in any currency directly in to our account via the IBAN system. The required information will be supplied on the invoice. There is a £6 transaction charge when using IBAN which will be added to your invoice.
2 Online payment via paypal - You can pay the booking fee directly on this website using a paypal account. There are transaction and currency conversion charges when using this system which have been included in the price when paying online and are paid by us. You can pay the booking fee in any currency via this website. The other fees are not available to pay by paypal as the transaction charges are so high for larger amounts. After you have sent an application and paid the booking fee you will have an account set up then receive an invoice for any other fees. You can pay any further fees by BACS direct bank transfer, which is free, unless paying from abroad.

**Please note, we can not accept any cash payments, either directly or in to our bank account. Any cash payments made in to our account will incur a bank charge (currently 2% of the transaction) which we will have to add to your account and bill you for.**
